We celebrated Michael’s birthday with a series of memorable experiences — dinner and a night at the Boston Symphony Orchestra featuring a Beethoven rendition; a Sunday afternoon filled with Bluegrass music at one of Boston’s iconic Irish pubs - The Bebop; a one-of-a-kind tour of the Boston Public Library; and a final evening of culinary delights to close out the celebration. This all happened at the backdrop of a rainy and windy weekend.

The fist day of the weekend the weather was gorgeous and we took advantage of a stroll around the city, snapping a few photos to capture the essence of the fall season.

Sunday Brunch at Boston’s Iconic Irish Pub - The Bebop

We set out to find a jazz brunch, but the sound of Bluegrass offered a unique twist—and it didn’t disappoint. The performers at the The Bebop appeared to be a family group: a young boy around ten, his two teenage sisters, and their dad. Our seats didn’t allow for a full view of the band, but I managed to capture a sampling of their wonderful music.
